Complaint against Vedic Grace for not providing the service inspite of payment

Vedic Grace a Noida based Astrology service . i have been their client from 2018. This time when i contacted them for some chart reading over whatsapp number - 9899383340, person interacting with had shared a number for Paytm. i have transferred Rs. 1500/- to the number - 9990044031 on 5th Jan 2021.since then the person is not picking up my phone, neither he is providing the chart reading report.
