I have purchased a pair of Oxford pattern shoe at Rs 1800 from the store at maliwara ghaziabad.it had the manufacturing defect as half line of stitching was missing on the right shoe toe portion. I have made complaint with the customer care thrice but no solution has been provided. It has already been two months. I have told them that it is to be worn on uniform as I am working with IAF and any other product as a replacement will be a financial loss to me as I will have to purchase the same shoe for my uniform. The bill and complaint no are available with me. The complaint no are 1621943,28010 and BM 39918.The customer service says the product no 8346491 is out of stock. When I asked what to do.Should I approach consumer forum they told me yes you can.
