I had purchased a AC unit before 1 year in June 18 from an authorised exclusive Hitachi dealer named Abhinandan Electronics, with 1 year warranty of indoor unit & 5 years for compressor(outdoor unit). Now my outdoor unit is not functioning properly due to which cooling is not happening. I am calling the customer care since so many days & service engineer from the conpany visited & found fault in the compressor. The motor fan has been faulty & they said the company will replace it in 2-3 days. Now it is almost 10 days after their visit they have still not replaced the motor fan in the compressor. On calling customer care they say we do not have the part available & we will replace it as soon as possible i.e. with no time frame. I am suffering a lot & not able to sleep as AC is not functioning.
