We have purchased one king size hydraulic bed from seller Consulting Rooms Pvt Ltd, Village Dohale, Post Padgha, Maharashtra through FLIPKART in Feb 2019. The initial product delivered was defective which was replaced by the seller before installation. After three months we realised that the replaced product was of substandard quality due to manufacturing defects such as the material used was of poor quality and the internal screws supporting the beam have fallen down and cannot be fitted in their place. We have requested the seller and Flipkart to replace the product or refund the amount but they had rejected our demand.
