Complaint against have not refund the mone

I have dowloaded Chillar Mobile App on 1Jan,2021. The same Day I have added Rs. 1000/- to Chillar Wallet. But till now it was not added to my wallet. There is no response from Customer Care team and Customer support numbers +91 708 303 8955 and +91 749 910 6290 as provided by the Chillar App. As per the notice showing in Chillar App When we add Rs. 1000/- we will get rs. 2500/- after 30 days. But till now no amount was not added to my. Few days ago after frequent mail they have added my Principle amount Rs. 1000/- but yesterday that principle amount was also not showing in my wallet. Please take a serious action regarding this. PFA of screen shot payment done through Kotak Credit Card.
