Complaint against GTPL Broadband regarding Wifi-connection

Consumer Complaint Complaint Date: May 19, 2021
Submitted wifi-connection shifting request and paid for the same on 3rd May. GTPL mentioned it will be done in 7 working days, its been more than that but no shifting is done yet.
Tried calling customer care so many times but no resolution is made so far. plz help
