Hi, Greetings. This is Manan Shah. I am a Vodafone Idea mobile sim card holder and hence their customer. I have been randomly charged for add-on services which I never activated or never gave consent for activation. I called their customer service and deactivate all services and I am still getting random messages of them being activated. This is a scam where even the deactivation process has been deliberately made difficult. PLease address this and levy a hefty fine on the company and get me a full-refund. Couldn't submit all the images due to 4 image limit. But I called their customer service on 7th April and asked to deactivate all but still get random messages from them saying this has been activated and then they charge for those. Please help stop these scamsters.
