purchase ragini electric digital tanpura(metal body) on 01-02-17,paid Rs.5400/- with one year warranty given in warranty card with his signature and sealed,After some time, scale,tone[sur] chaining problem arised but he is not ready and willing to change instrument as a dealer. You are requested to do needful to solve my problem and allot me new instrument.
