Online ticket was booked on gsrtc vide PNR G17823643. Bus did not came inside the premises of GNFC ST stand, at Bharuch on 03.12.17 and went without taking the passanger. Passanger waited upto 10 pm and contacted tollfree number and got conductor mobile and conductor made excuses. Single lady passanger was harrassed due to negligence of bus conductor. Ticket was from Bharuch to Keshod in slipper class.
