Cheating in the quantitiy of Classic FRappe 325 ml cold coffee served in the outlet on 14 Apr 19

I had ordered two cold coffee classic Frappe 325 ml vide order no 295 on 14 Apr 19 at 5:42 PM at the above outlet. When I checked for the quantity printed on the disposable glass i found no mention. Besides by experience i could make out that the quantity was much less than 330 ml. I confronted the manager Mr Pankaj mob no 9711382184 on the spot who admitted that the quantity was not mentioned on the glass and that it was indeed much less than the declared quantity for which i was charged.I then lodged an on line complaint on Burger King's website with a validation code of PL245382 DATED 14 Apr 19. However, till date no company rep has contacted me to apologize or compensate me for the incorrect merchandise sold to me. This is gross unethical and arrogant behaviour on part of the Business Entity. I therefore seek a claim from the company for its insensitivity and selling incorrect quantity. The cost paid for the two coffees was Rs 208.00 including GST.
