Did not received laptop delivery, I have approach tushar bharat zagade

I have approach tushar bharat zagade, cell no 7738996595 & paytm no 9082583902, through enquiry on messenger. I was shocked by his offer, but then to i thought cheap laptop may be possible. As he told me that you have to transfer 50% money to me it was coming ₹3000. I transfered money to his bank account on 10th january 2019. He called me to know that i have transferred money or not. I said yesi have transferred money. So, he promised me that i will get laptop delivery on Saturday on 12th january 2019. But till now i did not get the delivery...i keep him calling everyday till today, i do message to him every day till today, then to he do not reply. What to do, i do not understand. Please help i am very very disappointed.

    I have approach Kimaya Deshmukh, cell no 7738996595 & paytm no 9082583902, through enquiry on Facebook(pune online shopping bazaar).I have contacted to 7738996595 and get confirm that a HP laptop is available to sale for Rs.7999/-.I also asked for other model,they provide me two laptop details one for Dell and one for HP on WhatsApp.I choosen HP they said that their office is in Mumbai and delivery can made within two days.As they told me that you have to transfer 50% money as advance, it was coming ₹4000. I transfered money to her account through Google pay no.7738996595 on 28th May 2019. I have been confirmed that payment received.They promised me that i will get laptop delivery on Friday on 30th May 2019. But till now i did not get the delivery...i keep them calling, i do message to them today, then to they do not reply. What to do, i do not understand. Please help i am very very disappointed.

    He has just contacted me Using the number 9326499174. He has offered a Lenovo ideapad 300 for 5500/-. I guess it was good that I searched the web. Phew!! My money's safe!!
