Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that I purchased a product (Nova laptop battery) from

Ebay India Pvt Ltd. 14th Floor, North Block, R-TECH Park, Western Express Highway, Goregaon (East), Mumbai 400063, Maharashtra, India

through their website www.ebay.in on 1st July, 2016 for Rs. 1249.00.

On receipt of the product, I found that the MRP printed on the product is Rs. 700 only.

I had requested Ebay through written complaint dated 8th July, 2016 to refund the excess amount of Rs. 549 charged over MRP. However, they refused to refund the excess amount and wanted to take back the product instead, to hide the violation of MRP.

I request your good offices to take suitable action against Ebay India for violation of MRP law and to refund the excess amount of Rs. 549 charged to me.
