Xiaomi Mobile manufacturer is cheating with faulty motherboards and demanding service charge eqaul to new mobile within 16 months of purchase even there is no any damage by user.
I bought Xiaomi 11 lite ne 5g mobile during Jan 2022 for Rs. 26000/-. The phone was dead of no reason and service engineer told, motherboard fault and i have to pay Rs. 16000/- for the service. When i contacted their customer care, they are telling repeated stories like we have best technician, your phone is out of warranty and no answer about how it happened and why to replace full board at my cost.?

I claim it is planned fraudulant by the manufacturer by creating the issues out of control of user and demanding amount equal to new phone for repairing.
