Hi,

I have booked 2 cars from Triumph Auto Pvt. Ltd- Dealer Volkswagen Gurugram in the month of September 2017. First was Volkswagen Ameo Comfortline petrol (Reflex Silver) and the other one was Volkswagen Ameo Trendline Diesel (White). I have accepted the delivery of 1 vehicle Petrol Variant on 22nd Sept after paying full amount to the dealership. This car had a total 'On Road' value of Rs 625000 which included insurance and registration charges. It has been more than 3 months and the dealership had failed to register the vehicle with RTO authorities. The documents for registering the vehicle were provided as and when asked by the dealership. Now the RTO authorities have imposed a fine of Rs 9800 due to late submission of the papers which the dealership is asking me to pay. The entire money for registierring the vehicle has been transferred to dealers account before accepting its delivery and they have been enjoying the money for over 3 months now..

The 2nd issue is i would like to cancel the booking of another vehicle for which i had transferred Rs 10000 to dealers account already. I have asked the dealershp for the same however the dealership is refusing to refund the said amount on the pretext of extra discount offerred on my 1st vehicle. This is incorrect as the dealership didnt mention this condition at the time of accepting the booking and the dealership is in no mood to refund the account. May i request you to help in sorting out the above issues and get my amount refunded from the dealership..
