I purchased holiday package from company for 5 years i paid 95000 and company provide me 30,000 air fare and 3 Night 4 days for every year for 5 years. Now when i tried to book air ticket they denied and told me to refund but i haven't got any refund till now. I told them that i will file a case in consumer forum one of them told me do whatever you want. I am attaching mail that i got for refund my amount.
