On 30th Sep-18, 04:13 PM, i have made a transaction of amount Rs 2600 to Mr. Ajay( a Shop keeper at Nagda-MP), he has not received the amount still & due to the material was purchased by me i have transferred Rs 2600 again on same paytm account & it was received by him.
Now first transaction of Rs2600 debited from my wallet but not received by shopkeeper & paytm customer care saying payment was deducted from my account. Now neither payment refund on my paytm Wallet nor in the the account of shopkeeper.Very poor support from paytm customer care.
Concern is that how we will convert into digital platform-Digital India with such services & support. after taking my 2600 nobody ready to give the solution. I am in trouble from last three days due to this issue. Also contact to paytm team is a very tough job after 30 minutes waiting time we can reach their executives & after it no support.
I am using the paytm from last two years & now after facing this issue i will never use the on line platform because very much time consuming & shaming.. my white money & begging with paytm team..
Now shopkeeper is unable to see this transaction in his paytm statement so how he can support to me.
I have called 3-4 times to paytm customer care but no support & they are disconnecting the phone.
