I have ordered a printer of quikr.com.

They are offering doorstep delivery.

They charged me rs 500 for mere 10-15 km which I can avoid by going and collecting instead of paying rs 500.



I choose to order doorstep delivery because they have mentioned cashback of rs 200 which can ease my rs 500 delivery charge.

Now once the product delivered, they are responding saying they don't have any such offer for buyer, it is only for seller.

I took the screenshot where it i clearly mentioned that If I pay the amount in full, I will get the applicable rs 200 cashback.(please find screenshot attachment)

If they are not offering cash back, I would have ordered by paying merely Rs 100 and rest amount I would have paid after checking the product.

Now, They are simply denying and rejecting my claims. They are not even responding to my emails. Even though I have written it many times to all email addresses mentioned above.

I have opened multiple ticket on their website still they have not replied.

Basically, They have cheated me and acting like fraudster. I have all proof I am sending again and again but Still they are not even acknowledging my email.

I have ordered the product on July 12. Its been more than a month I am passing through mental agony to get my cashback.

If I would have not paid the full amount. I would have the option to check and reject or return the product without loss of payment or payment delay as money would be in my hand except Rs 100.

I am also a share trader. I have pulled Rs 6500 from my account.

It would have paid the profit on intraday trading for the days till I received the product which they took 4 days to deliver the product after successful payment of FULL AMOUNT.

I would have tested on my site as well for quality and money will be in my hand.

I want them to pay cashback PLUS monetary support for my agony PLUS fine to Government for cheating public.

so that they will not repeat with any other customer.

They have lakhs of visitor everyday. If they make fool 10000 customer for Rs 200 cash back. Everyday they are earning Rs 2000000 without doing anything.

My relief amount would Rs 100 000 PLUS applicable Government fine.
