Before one month i bought chickpeas form BHAVANI SUPER MARKET SECTOR 24 GANDHINAGAR GUJARAT
but when i saw chickpeas were totally spoiled i went there to replace it but they did not consider my request and deny to replace it
more on this, on packet of chickpeas there is label of this shop with date of packing which is 08/2018 and clearly mentioned that this goods is best before 10/2018.
i went there on dtd 09/10/2018 so there is clear breach of code of conduct of consumer rights.
