A complaint of non payment of Maturity amount + due interest on FD of Rs 40,000/- with M/S Neesa Leisure Ltd,Gandhinagar was lodged with RBI who registered it and gave complant No.202021310000652 dt.18/12/2020 & forwarded for necessary action to ROC Ahmedabad Registrar of Companies ROC Bhawan,Opp.Rupal Park Society Behind Ankur Bus Stop Naranpura,Ahmedabad-380013 Phone No.079-27438531 Have e-mailed twice to roc.ahmedabad@mca.gov.in for action taken so far in recoveries but no answer.As of date no payment at all from M/S Neesa Leisure Ltd. Could anyone help please?
