Motherboard problem of the Samsung smartphone,G360, within warranty period.

The smartphone was purchased in end of July,2018 through online by Flipkart. The delivery was little bit delayed. After that, the phone functioned perfectly during three months. In the main time,the phone didn't display proper video calling through wats app. And ultimately now it has stopped it's function. No net connection has been displayed. In Kota, Rajasthan, Samsung service centre had updated it's software and finally gave conclusion that the motherboard needed to be changed but they were unable to replace it due to shortage of owner's time. The owner of the phone is belonged to Punjab, Barnala. There Smart Infotech, service centre also detected the same problem of the phone. There, the customer placed his order of motherboard on 11.01.2019 on last Friday. They hv confirmed to changed the motherboard on Tuesday,15/01/2019. But they also fail to keep their words and delaying unnecessarily. As the owner of the phone is a student of class 12, it is very urgent requirement for him and has no time to visit repeatedly in the service centre to remind the matter. So pls look into the matter and save from unnecessary harrassment. From Vinay Bansal (9878093235)
