Micromax not repairing phone under warranty since 2 months

My Micromax mobile phone purchased some 6 months back has been problematic since beginning. It has with service center for some 3 months for not powering on and other problems and company is not responding when it will be repaired. It was submitted in April first week to M/s Service Zone Telecentre, 92 Ambedkar road, Kalkagarhi Chowk, UP -201001 , 0120-4139279. They gave new jobsheet no. NO40643-0416-23092674 dated 27th April 2016 and cancelled earlier jobsheet by charging me 550 Rs although phone is under warranty. Online website status shows it will take 21+ days more which is not even changing. They even charged me for repairing although it is under warranty but still phone was not working. First refused that phone is not under warranty and wasted 15 days as well for it. Now, they are not responding even after repeated calls and emails to them. Request your help in escalating the issue.
