I bought 3 saloon chairs from Ell Dee Furniture, which is located in NEW ANAJ MANDI, Rani Jhansi Rd, near FILMISTAN, Delhi, 110006. THEY HAVE SENT ME CHAIRS AFTER 2 DAYS AT 12 O'CLOCK AT NIGHT. THE NEXT DAY WHEN I CHECKED THE CHAIRS ONE OF THEM HAS 2 CUTS IN THE LEATHER AND ANOTHER ONE HAS A DEFECTIVE RECLINER SYSTEM. WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY DID NOT ASSIST ME FOR TWO DAYS, THE OWNER DID NOT TALK TO ME AND THE STAFF WAS SO RUDE THEY DIDN'T WANTED TO HELP AT ALL. THEY SAID THE DELIVERY PERSON MADE CUTS ON MY CHAIR AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE CHAIRS HAVE 5 YEARS OF ONSITE WARRANTY DURING THE TIME OF PURCHASE. TODAY THE STAFF ASKED TO BRING THE CHAIR FOR REPAIR. WHAT IS THIS??? PLEASE HELP ME SOMEONE WITH THIS ISSUE OF MINE.
