As per the guidelines issued by Ministry of Road Transport and Highway for HSRP fitment, I went to local authorised dealer - JASBIR AUTO SERVICE, Vadodara on dated 3rd jan 2018 for fitment of HSRP plate for my vehicle - Bajaj Pulsar Dtsi 150 CC registered number (GJ06-BH-866). I paid them Rs. 450 & my rc book scancopy along with my contact details. Against payment they did not provide me any receipt & told me that you will receive message for fitment of plate. now It has been almost 3 months that i am following up with the dealer & everytime they give excuses that they have not received the plate. when i asked for proof of registration. they showed me Hsrp website where they have registered on other name - My vehicle first owner's name and with wrong contact number, though i had provided them rc book in which my name was mentioned as transfer to my name.
