IFB washing machine not working for the last 6 months

I had purchased an IFB washing machine(Elena Aqua 6 kg front loading) and the machine is still under AMC. The machine became dysfunctional 6 ago and l have been knocking all the doors of the company through registering complaints and on phone. So far, the machine is not repaired. Kindly consider my complaint and instruct the company to repair the machine at the earliest.
