ekart delivered products which was not ordered and collected money.e

I have not ordered any product but the ekart delivery boy called me on my mobile and asked me to pay Rs 399.I told him that I have not ordered any item. Since he was insisting I asked my wife to pay the money.
When we opened the packet we found 2 small tops. We have not ordered this product. No invoice attached and the sellers number mentioned in my address lable is fake. The QR code is scribbled using a marker pen.
Ekart is not reachable over phone.

Please do the needful to refund the money.
