My order no is 3845343174 which is a LG 43 inch LED TV ordered on 21st September 2017 via Paytm mall App.The TV was delivered in a sealed pack on 23rd September.Today on the 25th of September when the installation was to be done,the technician came and unsealed the packaging.The display panel of the TV was found to be damaged.I want the TV to be replaced.But when i try to raise a request for replacement on the app,an error message is shown.I am unable to raise a replacement request.Please replace the product as soon as possible.
