Humne ek split AC in 2018 me khareeda tha and 2020 me wo bilkul band tha covid ki wajah se. 5 year ki warrenty me hai wo, but jab July 2021 me uski service karai to usne cooling nahi ki, hame company ke service technician ne bataya ki uski cooling coil me puncture hai. Hamne kaha ki theek kar do 4500 bhi diye uske liye , company technician ne 3 month ki guarentee bhi dee thi ki ab aapka Ac theek kaam karega. Lekin same dikkaat fir hone lagi AC ne cooling karna 1 week me he band kar diya .Ab company me phone kiya to bolte hai ki 15000 ka coil change karao wo kharab hai. Yre coil AC ke ander hota hai jo uska manufacturing defect hai.Hamare Ac ki ab tak lamination bhi nahi utri and wo bekaar kachre ka dabba ban gaya. Usko koi second hand me bhi lene ko ready nahi. 2 saal purana AC ek kabaad ka dabba ban gaya. Mere 2 saal ka bachcha poori garmi bina Ac ke tilmila gaya is jaanlewa garmee me. Jis kaam ke liye wo liya tha wo he kaam nahi aaya kisi ke to kya fayada hua mujhe apni mehnat ki kamaai is ghatiya product per lagane ko,. Ab phone karta hoon ya email send karta hoon to koi reply nahi. Jitne ka Ac nahi utne us per kharch karne ko bol rahe hai . Kya ye mera paisa aise he loot lengy.
