Product - APC Back-UPS Order number - 40714384915149102 R.M.N with the Amazon Company - 9560001425 Date of Order - 02-09-2020 Amount Paid - Rs.3292 I ordered a product from amazon and didn't get the product till date but company marked the order status as delivered and regarding this I wrote multiple e-mails to the company and company stated that they investigated the matter internally found that the product is successfully delivered whereas the product was not delivered.
Expected - Consumer wants either his product should be delivered to him otherwise he wants a refund.
