selling inferior led tv to customers

hi there,
i have purchased iffalcon tv from tcl on 14th October 2018.
After using tv for 10 months my remote stopped working so i called customer care and they replaced my remote with another one which was not as same as originally received.
on the very same day they replaced my remote my tv screen started flickering while checking a remote company's service guy was also there.
service guy said lodge another complaint your power board needs replacement. so i lodged another complaint for screen flickering on 24th Sepetember 2019.
after 4 days service guy came with new powerboard which was open and not in sealed box as it should be who nows if its not tempered.
then he replaced my Powerboard with new one but same issue persists now he said your screen needs replacement.
after 10 months of useage my remote stopped working they changed my powerboard and now they want my screen to change what else left in a tv that is not replaced.
so i called customer care to replace my whole unit or give me a refund but customer care hung up on me.
so i emailed them but no reply was there. so i filed a consumer complaint in national consumer forum after so much harrasment.
after lodging a complaint i informed them about it as a standard legal procedure so sumeet dikshit from there social media team contacted me and assured me he will resolve the issue and replace my tv.
they came to my place to take a videoof a faulty screen and after that again the same issue no reply.
they are even ignoring consumer complaint filed in national consumer forum.
i really need your help here i am really frustated i dont want new tv or refund i just want to teach this guys a lesson for mistreating consumers and selling inferior products.
