Respected Sir/ Madam
I sent a courier on 5th of Feb 2022 from Pondicherry To Odisha, including Clothes, medicine and food items. I sent 19 Clothes but 5 clothes are missing. My family member received it on 19th feb 2022. The Parcel/ package was opened from inside, repackaged through cello taps. One thing is that the courier did not go to my PIN address. My family member came 26km to take it. The behavior of the delivery agent was so rude, let that.
I am demanding here to kindly help me to receive all my clothes. I am attaching the picture of clothes in pairs and also a picture of an opened parcel packaged. Kindly consider my request.
