Problem in Monitor bundled with Desktop Computer.

Dear Sir,


I Tarapada Mandal purchased one Desktop Computer  of make HP Model No. P2-1155iL and Sl. No. 3CR 2150 JWP (CPU) and HP W1972a Monitor Model No. HSTND+3501-A Sl. No. 6 CM 2160 Z7Z  on 29-06-2012 from Agarwal Computer, dealer of HP at Urmila Tower, Bank More, Dhanbad. The monitor (make HP) suddenly behave invisible and nothing is clear when it runs for last six months. I try to contact the customer care and also local service center of HP but no satisfactory answer is given to me nor they assure me to repair the same. Whereas I told  repeatedly to my dealer from whom I purchase the System and also to the Service Center and Customer Care through physically and telephone. I also told them both my dealer and the Service Center and Customer to repair the same and I will pay for the same whichever it may be. But they suggest that it will not be possible because the warranty period has been lapsed. I just request you to look into the matter because we are the middle class people and it is very socked for me that in three years this valuable item is not working satisfactorily and the manufacturing company is not response on my request.


So, Sir I would earnestly request your honour to solve my problem for that I will ever grateful to you. I promise to pay the actual cost of repairing and parts if required.
