No service from the AOC computer monitor company

Hi Team,

I have sent a request for replacement for my AOC monitor to the service department. My warranty is going to get over and i am requesting them to replace it for the past one month but there is no action from there side. I also spoke to the AOC customer service department but there is no proper response from them. We are facing a picture issue in the monitor.

160516101668 Given by them. I kindly request you to look into this issue and help me to get this sorted out.

Note: Warrenty period is 3 years and it is getting expired on Sep'16
