Fake Bill Issue by the shop, assembly computer from devi electronics

We have purchased assembly computer from devi electronics. We received proper tax invoice of Rs. 31,000. But proprietor of this shop said that you have to pay tax @12.5% on total bill if you want to consumer loan. Hence it seems that there is no stamp on bill as well as he made fake bill because there is no any proper stamping. I again again and ask him for stamp he is ignoring me, he charged us 3875 more....

Again he ask for 950 for loan file processing and 2% interest.

Total Tax Invoice - 31000/-
More 12.5% tax - 3875

He is doing that type of business with every customer.

Also I have rounded some mistakes in bill. He is mention in Item Description Problem Bill of Rs. 7500
