Dell PNB 5577 Computer does not work properly

I purchased Dell PNB 5577 on 2 Sept 2017. My invoice no is DB1718GST0627. Since the day I purchased it, it was giving me trouble. It is a gaming laptop it should start very quickly but it is a slow starter, it hangs out very often and screen becomes blank.

I complaint to Dell customer care. They took access to my laptop and rebooted my computer. but that did not help. I again complained. They asked me to take the laptop to service centre. That again did not help. Then again they insisted on taking it to service centre.I again took it to service centre but it was of no use. Again they took access of my laptop but they could not repair it. Service request no is 959563410.
It has been 5 months and they are not able to repair my laptop. It is a faulty laptop and I demanded that they should replace it but they refused. Nimisha
