PROBLEM: THE COMPUTER MONITOR IS OF DELL COMPANY PURCHASED FROM SAHEED NAGAR, BHUBANESWAR IN 18 MONTHS BACK DURING OCTOBER, 2017. NOW THE COMPUTER THERE ARE 10 COLOUR LINES ONM THE CENTRE/ MIDDLE OF THE COMPUTER SCREEN. THE SERVICE CENTRE IS NOT ATTENDING IN SPITE OF 10 COMPLAINS FILED IN DELL HELP LINE AND COMPLAIN.
