03 months warranty only provided and defect also not rectified - Woodland, Sara city center, Srinaga

i have purchased woodland shoe from fashion Secretts, Sara City Center, Srinagar on 17/11/17 and was given 3 months replacement warranty.the shoe started giving complaints(tearing laces through eyelets) which i presented to the shop keeper. he tried to ignore me and called me next week. when i visited next week the shoe was not replaced. now on 4/5/18 the right shoe has torn out from the heel. i believe i was given a substandard shoe at the price of Rs. 5,000.which tantamount to fraud by the shop keeper.
