मैंने दिल्ली के राधू प्लेस RED LIGHT के पास एक दुकानदार से 2 COLOUR XEROX करवाए
जिसका मनमाना RATE था 30 रूपये प्रति COLOUR XEROX COPY रहा लेकिन किसी दूसरी दूकान पर उस ही xerox के 10 रूपये भी है तो ऐसे दुकानदार के मनमानी दर से सेवा शुल्क लिए जाने के विरुद्ध कोई सख्त कदम उठाइये जिसका बिल भी मेरे पास है अगर ज़रूरत पड़ी तो पेश किया जावेगा
