dear jago grahak jago,

i placed a order for a prestige mixer on snapdeal and i found one jar of mixer damaged. then i applied for replacement of mixer on snapdeal. the snapdeal picked my mixer for replacement then after this snapdeal refused me to replacement of mixer. they said me to refund my money. but i want only mixer not money. according to replacement policy snapdeal should provide me to replace my product not refund my money. i am not satisfied with snapdeal service. so please help me for replace my product.
