Wrongly Charged 1999 - Tata Sky Television company

I am facing the issue with my account on tatasky 9886576442.
I have been wrongly charged of amount 1999 on 28/06/2019 due to the service called binge which i have discontinued in month of march and submitted the remote device properly in good condition to the support team under the request 1dvjrfqk on 28/03/2019.

Now out of no where tatasky charged me unnecessarily 1999 which impacted my regular services and i have raised the complaint 1JNQ5F9 on 28/06/2019 and i have been told its going to resolve in 72 hours and i got a call from lady on 30/06/2019 and she said issue will be resolved and money which has been deducted ots mistake from tatasky side and will be credit back to my account on 30th june 2019.

After this nothing happened from tatasky side and evry day i have to keep calling them and checking the status and they are keep moving resolution date.

My kindly request is to please treat this complaint with priority as i have spent enough of my time for following up for my money which tatasky has charge by mistake.
