I am really frustrated with your hopeless service from complete kaff team, I am thinking why I purchased kaff products.. I will spread awareness in social media saying not to purchase kaff product as there is no proper customer support.
I complained for 2 small gas burner and plates in January 2019 as the plates have rusted completely as you have given metal plates.. Till today I have not got the service more than 19 times I called kaff customer care even spoke with floor manager VIKAS and SUMMIT but still they are not helpful they don't take responsibility and ownership even spoke with KALAIVENI from banglore service center really I am fed up with complete KAFF team I have raised in consumer form also as I am mentally got harassed from you people... Now I need complete stove replacement... My contact number 9148914873
