My Orient Cooler having some spare part issue detected by orient customer service technician on 20th August. Cooler is with in warrantee period. They told that they will replace the spare part with in 2-3 days but they did not do so. When I call to Customer care they provide different number to enquiry. When I call this Number No one receive. Customer Care person do not provide any information when the problem will solve.
