i have recharged my videocon id 41832849 on 6-4-2018 and the money is credited in my balance but there is some another error occurs and when we tried to contact the customer care helpline they didnt respond and once they call back and told that the STB is out of warranty and they will send an engineer to our home in 24 hours. but no 54 hours completed but there is no engineer came at our home and we cant able to use services after paying for it.so i want my whole recharge amount back.
