I bought a Ashok Layland Ecomet-1212 Vehicle for Rs.9,80,000/- in June-2012 which was financed by AU finance but my EMI start from April-2012 because of I showed interest in buying the vehicle in March but stopped till June-2012 but EMI started. The two pending EMIs they demanded from me when I start business with the truck. The executives of visits often to the transport office where my vehicle was attached and told the officials that don't load my vehicle his EMIs are pending we are going to take the vehicle in our custody so they refuse to load my vehicle.I bought the vehicle for business purpose and the executives were tried to stop my business. I paid total 9 EMI's till feb-2013 in the month of Feb-2012 they took my vehicle and said to me pay all due then they give me my vehicle back due to this my father had heart attack and he passed away on 16th March 2013. After few days some officials came to my home and told me that they sold out.That time my entire family was in sadness so no one asked them about anything but in the year 2017 they came to my place and demanded me balance amount of Rs.6,50,000/-. When I asked them the details they told me that my vehicle sold out for5,50,000/-only.
Now the problem starts when I bought the vehicle for Rs. and approx. Rs 1,20,000/- for registration,passing,permit and vice-versa.
Vehicle cost=9,80,000/-
Registration=1,20,000/-

Total= 11,00,000/-
less 10%
depredation 1,10,000/-

This is valuation of one year old vehicle where my my vehicle was with me for the period of 9 months and having km coverage of 20,000 to 25,000 kms only.
Now me and my guarantor are suffering from harrashment from those peoples.They come with tempo and harashing me and my guarantor for Rs.6,50,000/-
Please do the needful and save two families from collapse their .....
