Well I am the new user of Just Dial, one of the just dial executive called me for advertising my business in Jd, he explained me about package but no where in our conversation they have discuss about account closure. I have asked 2 times to executive name Mr. Sunil, what about if i want to discontinue from JD and they told me yes you can discontinue from your package next time and it was 1 year package and also they didn't told me I can't stop my package in between when it comes to ECS and I trusted on them and signed the contract and now 1st I am not getting leads which I want, 2nd was not explained fully by executive about Ecs and closure system in my word it's robbery and cheated and before 10 days I talked with Sunil that I don't want to continue anymore even at that time also he didn't explained me I can share what's app message also. And any company cannot force any customer to pay money which he don't want to use anymore. And Justdial is forcing to use their services. My request to Grahakseva to take action on this and help me to stop my Ecs from them and get my refund of Rs.14160/-
