Not refunding the fees paid towards my daughter, School - Gajera Global located in Pal, Surat

ear Sir/ Ma'am,

I am Hemant Kumar Prajapati resident of Surat (Pal location), Gujarat
had admitted my daughter Ms. Kashvi Prajapati in class Senior K.G. of
Gajera Global School located at Pal, Adajan in Surat in Mar. 2018

While enquiry in Mar. 2018 it was being informed by school
administration that we follow "CBSE Pattern" in Pre-primary.
Accordingly i had taken admission to the school & paid the
registration & school fees. (Rs. 23,500/- i.e. Twenty three thousand
five hundred approx.).

After some day in the month of April, i received a whatsup message
from school regarding payment of Rs. 1800/- towards worksheet + 4500/-
towards books charge & also to purchase & send the required notebooks
and to submit to the school which was not being informed at the time
of admission. As the amount towards book was quite high for
pre-primary, my wife along-with others
learners parents went to school to enquire about it. In that moment of
time, it was revealed by the school facilitator that they have adopted
"Cambridge pattern" for pre-primary school from this academic year
2018-19 year onward & due to that the books cost is about Rs. 4500/-
this was not informed to us during admission nor our consent was taken
prior to this change.

Also, books was not provided in the month of Apr. till end of summer
vacation & their administration informed that we are not going to give
all the books to the parents.

Also, after many request the syllabus was provided to us post summer
vacation in the month of June. 2018 which we parent gone through it
and felt it is slow compared to "CBSE pattern".

I wished they would have given the clarity at the time of admission so
i could have taken some decision whether to continue or not. As the
school has taken their own decision post my daughter admission and not
intimated to us about such changes they are bringing from this
academic year i requested to refund the paid amount by deducting "Apr.
2018" month fees, which was denied by school management.

Would like to inform you that my daughter has gone to the school for
one month only.

I request you to please take necessary action so i can get my fees refunded.
