Unable to deliver the product and even cancel the booking

This is Suman Chakraborty. I have booked a Split AC of Carrier from Great Eastern Trading Co. Sodepur branch on Friday July 19. They told us that it will b delivered by Saturday, July 20. We are calling the salesperson Pradip Barman and the branch but we are not getting any response. Neither they are confirming when we will get the product. When we told that we want to cancel, they say amount of 8K will be deducted. They think the customers have to pay for everything. They are inefficient people and the customer have to pay for this. Kindly help and look into this.
