Dear Madam/Sir
I intend to state that I have paid Rs-121/- on 06/05/2019 to purchase an item from JT Store through Zaakpay vide transaction reference INB/659300401/ZAAKepayment SERVICE PVT from my Axis Bank netbanking. However JT Store informed that they unable to deliver the material as the payment is not received by them till date.I tried to lodge complaint from your complaint portal but owing to technical problem I could not register the same.Now I request you to effect the payment to JT Store immediately so that I can get my ordered material quickly as it is already elapsed 13 days.
