Did not come for free service, kutchina service centre(Bankura) is demanding money

The kutchina service centre(Bankura) is demanding money instead of free service although it was their fault because they did not come on time for servicing....they even wrote on the document that they have come for servicing but actually they did not come....the switches are not working properly.... please see to it that the service centre people come immediately for servicing.Contact No. 9434216201
