Ticket not booked but amount is debited

I was trying to book a tatkal ticket for Kalyan to Valsad for 6th June, 2015. But the ticket was not booked and the amount was debited from our debit card. I am providing the Transaction Id which is as follows :
1) 100000244784795 and
2) 100000244843405.

The total amount debited is Rs. 5711.20/- and the Transaction Date is 04.06.2015.

So I request you to please refund the amount as early as possible.
