Dear sir my name is shailesh kuntal and i am sevice in the utarpradesh police i was travsling sitamarhi to muzafarpur from using bsrtc service my ticket no.3704137 and the fare is 6prs. Bus timing is 8 pm but the bus condustor say bus was cancelled because no any passenger in the bus so after some time we have 3 persons the bus conductor say you boths are give 12000 rs. Then the bus was starting and going to muzafarpur otherwise can not so no any rule in the bsrtc like this so we have requested to bihar state transportation to solve all this problem
